Requirements

To be able to use the Nema software, you must have an online website on a compatible server. Please click here to see details of server requirements.

Installation

Installing EzyGold Nema is as simple as uploading the contents of the public_html/ folder to your server. Once uploaded, use your web browser to go to the install/ folder and follow the installation instructions.

Database

As each hosting service has its own control panel for creating a database, please consult your hosting provider on how to create a database on your hosting account. Make sure you get the database details (host, database name, username, and password) for the software installation.

SQL Mode

If you are experiencing errors related to SQL modes (STRICT_TRANS_TABLES, ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY, NO_ZERO_DATE and NO_ZERO_IN_DATE), please contact your hosting provider for further assistance in disabling these modes. It's recommended that you use utf8mb4_unicode_ci to collate your database tables, especially if you plan to use non-Latin characters on your site.

Complete the process

Follow the installation wizard by filling in the database details form and the other forms required for the installation (license key, email, and others), read the terms and conditions and tick the box, then click the button to complete the installation. Once the installation is complete, rename or remove the install/ folder from your server.

Time Zone: Select your preferred time zone. If you are not sure, select UTC or leave the default.

Email Address: You will be asked to enter an email address during the installation process. Please make sure you enter it correctly and it's highly recommended to use the email address with your domain name where the software is installed. Some hosts restrict the sending of emails if the sender uses a free or different email address.
