2) If you want to keep your EzyGold software version up to date, Extended Download and Support will renew your download date (for further 6 or 12 months) or renew you support subscription, so you can download the latest version from your member back office. This offer is optional. You do not need to always have an extended upgrade.
If you need additional support (when your free support has expired) or want to get priority support with livehelp option, you can purchase custom support plan. This plan is optional, you do not need to have an additional supports.
*) Your purchase comes with FREE basic and/or regular support. Regular support contains answers to general or technical questions about installation, general setup and usage of the software. Phone and livechat support services are not included in the basic and regular support plan. The maximum response time is two working days (48 hours) per regular support request and three working days (72 hours) per basic support request. It may take more longer if the support request require further test to reproduce the issue and allocate it. Support available through Support Ticket System, 5 days a week.
